Standard Warranty, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Warranty
We, RP Café stand behind the quality of our food products and strive to ensure every item meets the highest standards of freshness, safety, and satisfaction.
• Freshness Guarantee: All food products are guaranteed to be fresh and within their use-by or best-before date at the time of delivery or purchase.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is spoiled, damaged, or otherwise not as described, we will offer a full replacement or refund.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order is accepted within 2 hours from the time of order and shall be refunded after deducting carriage and/or delivery charges as per the standard rate of limousine. Method of refund shall be same as method of payment during purchase, i.e. either by cash or through electronic payment.
Return Policy
Due to food safety regulations, most food products are not eligible for return once opened or used. However, we will accept returns or offer replacements/refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return or Refund:
• Product was damaged during shipping or handling.
• Incorrect item was delivered.
• Item is expired or spoiled upon delivery (with proof).
• Packaging is compromised (e.g., seal broken, tampering evident).
Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
• Change of mind.
• Dislike of taste or texture.
• Products opened or partially consumed (unless defective).
• Products stored improperly after delivery.
Process for Returns or Refunds
1. Contact Us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Provide order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
3. Once approved, we will issue:
• A replacement, or
• A full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
If any dispute arises on any case and remains unresolved, the rules and regulations as per the standards of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the state of Qatar shall be applied as per the jurisdiction in the State of Qatar.
Final Note
RP Cafe reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if the product shows signs of misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery. We recommend food products should be consumed within 2 hours from the time of delivery.
